WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our average delivery time is up to 10 business days. It takes us 4 days to design your swimwear plus 2 days in transit to domestic destinations and 4 days to international destinations.

I JUST MADE A PURCHASE BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

You will receive a “confirmation of your order” email once the transaction has been approved. Sometimes these emails arrive in your Spam or junk mail folder, so please check there.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! At Brunett we are committed to the perfect fit, that’s why we don’t handle stock of pre-made pieces. From the moment of cutting, your name, your qualities and requirements are part of the creation process. Thanks for choosing us.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PANTY CUTS?

We have 3 panty cuts that differ in the back and front coverage.

For the back area there is the thong, hipster and covered cut. The thong is the smallest of all, followed by the hipster which is a middle ground, a cheeky cut that tends to tuck in a little, which favors and rounds visually, finally, we have the covered cut which is the most traditional and largest of all.

For the front area we have the high, medium and low rise, being the first the most risky of all and the lastone  the most traditional. The front cut refers to the coverage that will have at the intersection of the pelvis and leg, the high is above the iliac crests (google it) and the medium below them, these two being the most flattering because they visually lengthen the legs, finally, we have the low cut  that reaches the limit of the area where the leg and pelvis meet. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER IF IT DOESN’T FIT?

It doesn’t fit just the way you like it? Don’t worry, we want your experience to be amazing with the swimwear we made and designed with you in mind, that’s why you can make changes to your purchases within 30 days after the time of purchase, this for purchases that have not been on SALE.

To make an online exchange, follow these easy steps: 

1. Fill out our exchange form (VER LA REFERENCIA DE LA FOTO). We will contact you shortly.

2. Send the piece to be exchanged to the address we will give you when we get in touch.

3. Be sure to email us at ___________ the ticket so we can track it.

Please note that although we cannot refund the initial shipping cost for returned packages, we will pay for the shipping to send you your new garments

We will be happy to exchange your garment for corrected one or give you a credit in our online store to use on purchases of equal or greater value than the exchanged pieces.

Exchanges may take up to five business days to be processed once we receive your pieces. For custom or made-to-order exchanges, turnaround times may vary.

In busy seasons, exchanges may take longer to process.
